Welcome to Loft in the Moment, a beautifully designed 1-bedroom + loft, 2.5-bath luxury cabin in Broken Bow that comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The thoughtful layout offers both togetherness and privacy, making it a perfect choice for a family cabin retreat, couples traveling together, or a friends’ getaway near Hochatown.

The open-concept living area is warm and inviting, featuring a plush sleeper sofa, loveseat, and two accent chairs arranged around a big-screen Smart TV and electric fireplace. Cozy throw blankets create the perfect atmosphere for relaxing after a day of hiking, boating, or exploring Beavers Bend State Park. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the main living area.

The fully stocked kitchen and dining space are ideal for both quick meals and family-style dining. The dining table seats four, with additional island seating for four more guests. The kitchen includes standard appliances, cookware, flatware, utensils, and Keurig coffee makers with multiple brewing options — everything you need for preparing meals, snacks, and morning coffee at the cabin.

The primary king suite on the main level serves as a peaceful retreat, featuring a king-size bed, nightstands, dresser, and a big-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom offers double vanity sinks, a spacious shower/tub combo with dual shower heads, and a private toilet area, providing comfort and convenience during your stay.

Cabin Policies:
Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.
Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.
Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.

Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.
Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!

Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!

Property House and Security Rules:

Maximum Occupancy: 8 . Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging.

✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

Please inform us in advance if you are plannng a birthday, anniversary or other type of celebration during your stay.

No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No Fireworks Permitted No Parties

Must be 21 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload a valid government photo ID in order to complete your reservation. Please look out for an email from our co-hosts, The Utmost Host, after you have completed your booking through Airbnb.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
